Geanina C. Domingo, MSN, FNP-BC
Founder & Owner, Nurture 4th, LLC
With over 12 years of experience in maternal-infant nursing and board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, I bring both clinical expertise and personal insight to the field of postpartum care. As a mother of three—Olivia, Hunter, and Mateo—and a wife to my supportive husband, Earl, I have navigated the postpartum journey firsthand.
Traditionally, postpartum care concludes at the six-week visit, often with the assumption that new parents are fully prepared. However, my own experiences, even as a seasoned healthcare professional, revealed that emotional challenges, self-doubt, and the "postpartum blues" can persist well beyond this point. Despite having a strong support system, I found myself wishing for accessible and ongoing support without having to wait for a doctor's appointment and ongoing support beyond the 6 weeks.
This realization led to the creation of Nurture 4th, LLC—a resource dedicated to supporting parents through the "fourth trimester" and beyond. Our mission is to empower families by providing the tools, resources, and community needed to navigate this transformative period with confidence, effectiveness, and joy.
